1. MinistraTV service
MinistraTV is focused on Ministra service access. Plans, trials, checkout, member areas, and account delivery shown on this website relate to Ministra only.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate registration and checkout information and for keeping your account credentials private. Member-only catalog areas require a valid signed-in MinistraTV account.
3. Orders and delivery
Order details, plan duration, payment method, invoice status, and service information are handled through the MinistraTV checkout and invoice flow. Delivery information shown to a customer depends on the data returned for that order.
4. Trials and plans
A 48-hour Ministra trial may be offered through the website. Paid Ministra durations and prices are displayed on the current Pricing and Checkout pages and may be updated on the website.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt to bypass account restrictions, interfere with other users, or share access in a way that violates the limits of your Ministra plan.
6. Support and refunds
Support is available for Ministra setup and service questions. Refund requests are handled according to the MinistraTV Refund Policy.
